FAQ
Have questions? We have the answers.
For a fixed charging station (wallbox), we always recommend installation by a certified electrician for your safety and warranty. Our Mobile Chargers, on the other hand, can be plugged directly into a suitable outlet (such as a CEE socket) and used immediately.
The main difference is the charging speed. A single-phase charger usually charges at 3.7kW or 7.4kW. A three-phase charger is more powerful and charges at 11kW or 22kW. The right choice depends on your home's meter box and how fast your car can charge. A three-phase charger is more future-proof.
That depends on your preference. A fixed cable offers convenience: you simply grab the cable and plug it in. A socket (wall-mounted model) is more flexible: you can connect different types of cables to it (e.g., Type 1 and Type 2), and the cable is easy to replace if damaged. It also looks neater when you're not charging.
Yes, provided you use the correct socket. Our mobile chargers are designed for safe and reliable use. For higher charging speeds (such as 3.7 kW or more), we strongly recommend using a CEE socket (three-phase current), not a standard household socket.
